The bwtech@UMBC is a 41-acre Research & Technology Park being developed by Grosvenor, a privately-owned real estate investment and development company, in collaboration with the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC).
The multi-story office and laboratory buildings, which include the 63,000 square foot RWD Technologies Building, will total 330,000 square feet. A second building, with three stories and 60,000 square feet of Class A space at 5523 Research Park Drive, is ready for occupancy. The Park will ultimately comprise five new state-of-the-art buildings occupied by research & technology firms. With customized research collaboration from UMBC faculty and highly qualified science and technology students, the Park offers companies one of today’s leading high-tech business settings.
